  • Payment Mistakes: If you mistakenly choose the wrong subscription plan (e.g., paying for a year instead of a 3-month plan), submit a support ticket under the title “Payment Error.” Our support team will review your request and process the refund if approved.
  • Refund Timeframe: Refund requests will not be accepted if more than 7 days have passed since your account’s expiration date.
